- Roasted Almonds 60g (1/2 cup)
- Chopped spring onion 3 tsp
- Olive oil 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Saunf powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder ½ tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Green chilli 1 tsp
- Coriander fresh chopped 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Green chilli 1 tsp
- Coriander fresh chopped 1 tsp

- Heat the oil.
- Add the spring onions, and saute for 1 minute.
- Add the almonds, salt, pepper, saunf, coriander powder. Season to taste.
- Garnish with chopped green chillies & coriander.
