Saunf Almonds

Ingredients
Serves: 3
  • Roasted Almonds 60g (1/2 cup)
  • Chopped spring onion 3 tsp
  • Olive oil 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Saunf powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Green chilli 1 tsp
  • Coriander fresh chopped 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Green chilli 1 tsp
  • Coriander fresh chopped 1 tsp
Preparation
  1. Heat the oil.
  2. Add the spring onions, and saute for 1 minute.
  3. Add the almonds, salt, pepper, saunf, coriander powder. Season to taste.
  4. Garnish with chopped green chillies & coriander.
