Ingredients
Serves: 3
  • Blanched & Peeled Almonds 60g
  • Oil 1 Tbsp
  • Turmeric powder ½ tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder ½ tsp
  • Salt 1/3 tsp
  • Amchoor powder ½ tsp
Preparation
  1. Heat oil and add all the spices and seasonings.
  2. Add the almonds.
  3. Toss well. Cool and serve
