  • Blanched & Peeled Almonds- 60 grams
  • Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ground black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red Chili Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Amchoor powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Preparation
  1. Heat oil and add all the spices and seasonings
  2. Add the almonds
  3. Toss well. Cool and serve.
