Chilli & Vinegar Almonds

Ingredients
Serves: 3
  • Almonds 60g
  • Sea Salt 1 tsp
  • Olive oil 5 ml
  • White vinegar 10 ml
  • Cracked black pepper 2 tsp
  • Jeera powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder ½ tsp
  • Spring onions 1 tsp
  • Green chillies chopped ½ tsp
Preparation
  1. Toss all the above ingredients in a bowl.
  2. In a moderate oven 150C, toast for 8 to 10 minutes.
  3. Add the chopped fresh ingredients and serve
