Almond Crusted Tofu and Coconut Kebab

Ingredients
  • Almond sliver (unpeeled) - 60 g
  • Silken tofu - 50 g
  • Regular tofu - 50 g
  • Coconut milk powder - 70 g
  • Chopped green chilli - 3 g
  • Chopped ginger - 5 g
  • Chopped coriander - 5 g
  • Roasted cumin - 5 g
  • Garam masala powder - 5 g
  • Fried garlic - 3 g
  • Salt - to taste
  • Tempura batter - 50 ml
  • Refined oil - for grilling
Preparation
  1. Take silken tofu and regular tofu in a muslin cloth and drain excess water. Place the tofu mixture in a food pan and add chopped ginger, green chillies, coriander,coconut milk powder, salt, white pepper powder, roasted cumin, cardamom powder,mace powder, fried garlic and garam masala. Thoroughly mix the ingredients and divide the mixture into 25 gram dumplings. Give the mixture a patty shape, coat with tempura batter and crumb with almond slivers.
  2. Grill the patty on low heat till golden. Serve hot.
