Almond Chilli Rocks

Ingredients
Serves: 3
  • Almonds toasted 1 cup
  • Dark chocolate 1 cup
  • Dried Cranberries 1/3 cup
  • Chilli powder Pinch
Preparation
  1. Melt the chocolate in a clean bowl in a microwave oven along with the butter
  2. Fold in the almonds and cranberries into the melted chocolate
  3. Grease a tray with oil
  4. Using a spoon to drop 1 tbsp of the mixture on the tray to form individual portions of Almond Rocks
  5. Alternately, you can spoon the mixture into small moulds or small paper cups
  6. Chill until set.
