A Holistic Approach to Beauty: Experts Share Tips to Achieve a Naturally Healthy Skin

Mumbai, 12th April 2023: With an aim to discuss the importance of good nutrition and mindful lifestyle practices as a holistic approach to natural beauty, Almond Board of California today hosted a session on “Nourishing Your Skin from Inside Out: Almonds as Part of a Holistic Beauty Approach”, featuring renowned Bollywood Actress and Celebrity Soha Ali Khan, Skin Expert and Cosmetologist Dr Geetika Mittal Gupta along with the Regional Head, Dietetics at Max Healthcare – Delhi Ritika Samaddar. The session was moderated by Emcee Kavea. Through the session, the panelists emphasized the importance of eating a handful or 23 almonds daily along with nutritious meals coupled with mindful practices, exercise, and adequate sleep to achieve a naturally healthy skin.

Holistic beauty is an approach to beauty that focuses on the overall health and well-being of the individual, rather than only focusing on the external appearance. It is about taking a natural and wholesome approach to beauty, incorporating practices that promote physical, mental, and emotional wellness. One such practice could be simply consuming a handful of almonds daily. Almonds contain several nutrients required for a healthy life.
