Eggs – 15 no

Sugar – 300 gms

Khoya -- 150 Gms

Ghee – 100 ml

Almonds -- 150 gms

Saffron – ¼ th gm

Maida for dusting


PREPARATION:

PREPARATION:

  • Soak the almonds for half hour and make a paste out of it.
  • Dry the saffron and make into powder.
  • Rub together khoya and sugar till creamy.
  • Separately whisk the eggs till frothy. Now add the khoya, almond paste, saffron and ghee to the eggs.
  • Mix well. Brush a baking tray with little ghee and then dust with maida.
  • Pour in the batter and bake in an oven at 180c till done.
