Sweat a little: Studies have shown that a lack of sufficient exercise has risked one out of four people around the world of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, some types of cancer, etc. Therefore it is recommended to do 150 minutes of moderate exercise or 75 minutes of intensive exercise per week.
